Who we are

This website is run by Fozdan Ltd, trading as The Wine Cellar, of 4 Oulton Road, Stone, ST15 8DZ. Company number 17223509. We are the data controller for anything described here and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. There is no contact form, no account to create, and nothing to sign up for. We do not set tracking cookies and there is no advertising on this site.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. Both are anonymised and cookieless. They do not identify you, follow you to other websites, or build a profile.

The map

Our Find Us page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. We chose it over the alternatives specifically because it does not set tracking cookies. Loading that page does request the map from openstreetmap.org, which will see your IP address as any website does.

If you email or ring us

We will have whatever you send us, and we keep it only as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a list.

CCTV in the shop

The shop is covered by CCTV for the prevention and detection of crime and for the safety of customers and staff. Recordings are held for a limited period and are shared only with the police or an insurer where there is a proper reason to.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@winecellarstone.com and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update this page. It describes the site as it stands today; if we ever add ordering or a form, we will say so here before we do.
